• Job Access & Description: Please provide accurate access information and describe the job honestly. If we arrive and cannot proceed due to misrepresentation or safety risks, a call-out fee may apply.

• Service Area: We operate throughout Auckland, with travel charges applying for outer suburbs or rural areas.

• Pricing: Pricing is based on factors such as volume, weight, location, and access. We provide a quote before starting work. Any changes to the scope may affect the final cost.

• Safety & Restrictions: We may refuse service if the job is unsafe (e.g. hazardous waste, unsafe structures, or aggressive animals).

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other methods as stated at booking.
